Mimic Cover Reveal

February 22, 2019

Hey, guys! Today's the day! I'm pleased (and more than a little excited) to finally

reveal the cover for Mimic! Drum roll, please . . .

Like it? I do! The cover was created by Savana at Blue Sky Design and is beautifully symbolic of Willow's ongoing transformation from village girl to elite Core prodigy. Her encounter with a shapeshifter teaches her not only where to place her trust, but also how to keep secrets.

And how to act if she wants to play the Core's game.

But wait . . . there's more!

The book trailer is officially being released as well. The designer is Jared De Roo, a talented media specialist I met years ago in a small town coffee shop. We worked closely for several weeks to pull together a theme, and then he worked his magic to design the trailer.

Second drum roll . . .

You may recognize some elements from Willow's character-bio image, as well as the dystopian U.K. map Bizango created for me a few years ago. If you want to know the meaning behind the rest of the elements, well, you'll just have to read the book!

Speaking of, the release date is currently set for March 22nd. If all goes according to plan, there will be an official book blitz . . . with a giveaway! I hope to have some cool prizes available and will announce all of that closer to the blitz date. Stay tuned!
